Once you have found the pieces you would love to use for your event, email your selection, event date and event location to firstname.lastname@example.org. A custom quote will be prepared and emailed to you for review, along with terms and conditions of hire. Rental rates are based on a maximum four day period. For any and all rentals, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total hire cost is required at the time of booking. Final payment is due 2 weeks prior to your rental date. Prices are all plus GST.
MINIMUM HIRE For DIY pick up and drop off, a minimum hire of $200 is required. If you require delivery and pickup, a minimum hire is $400 (delivery fees not included).
Pretty Willow offers delivery and pickup services throughout the Perth Metro area. Delivery within the city starts from $100. Alternatively, our inventory is available for you to pick up and drop off at the warehouse in Malaga at an arranged time.
CEREMONY STYLING Pretty Willow offers on the day ceremony styling services at a rate of $100 an hour, minimum 3 hours. This includes setup, styling, a 2 hour wait time for your ceremony to take place, and packdown.
Renters are responsible for any damages incurred. A credit card hold is required for all rentals in case of any damages or lost hire items. Any breakages or missing items will be invoiced at 3 times the rental rate.
